Alicia is a dedicated real estate professional originally from Venezuela, holding a bachelor's degree in Venezuelan Law. After moving to Missouri in 2011, she discovered a passion for teaching Spanish, a skill that later enhanced her ability to clearly communicate and guide clients throughout real estate transactions.

Her legal background and experience in education allow her to approach each transaction with precision, transparency, and strong attention to detail. In her first year with Coldwell Banker Realty Gundaker, Alicia earned the Rookie of the Year award for the entire company, reflecting her commitment to excellence and client service. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides valuable support to Spanish-speaking clients by ensuring clear communication and accurate translation throughout the process.

Alicia represents homeowners and future homeowners across the St. Louis area, prioritizing her clients’ needs and utilizing effective negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes.

Outside of real estate, Alicia enjoys exploring St. Louis with her husband, daughter, and son. She is actively involved in her children’s school events, sports, and activities, and volunteers within the community. Engaging in outdoor activities, running, and staying active are also important parts of her life.
